POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Support Executive to join our software support team. Your main role will be helping customers with any issues they encounter while using our software. We need someone with great communication skills, technical know-how, and a real passion for giving top-notch customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries about software issues via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Figure out what’s causing problems for customers and find effective solutions or workarounds.
  • Assist customers with installing, configuring, and using our software products.
  • Keep track of customer issues in our ticketing system, making sure everything gets resolved on time.
  • Work closely with our internal teams, like developers and quality assurance, to tackle more complicated technical issues.
  • Show customers how to get the most out of our software through demos and training sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date on our software’s features, updates, and best practices so you can support our customers better.
  • Help create helpful articles and FAQs based on common issues to assist our customers better.
  • Keep customers informed about any software updates, maintenance, or new releases coming up.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer-facing roles, especially in the software industry, is a big plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when it comes to figuring out complex software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a real focus on putting customers first.
  • Familiarity with software debugging tools and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and keep up with new technologies and software products.

  • English and Hindi (Must)
  • Gujarati ( Optional )
